Often when I make burgers or hot dogs on the grill I pair them with the typical potato chips, pasta salad, mac and cheese, or even classic french fries. But I also like to have a healthy option to offer my family, or to take to a picnic or summer cookout.

While I like to cook up something easy like fresh green beans, sweet corn or baked sweet potato fries, I also like to add some variety!
