If you love the flavors of the Mediterranean you will adore this Mediterranean Quinoa Salad. It is loaded with veggies, hearty quinoa and dressed with a simple dressing!
I have a house full of hungry boys.
Seriously hungry. My oldest just turned 21, my middle one is 16 and my youngest is 11. If you are the mom of boys you know that I am currently in the throws of their hungriest years.
They’re kind of like infants, they need to be fed at least every two hours. But unfortunately, they need something far more filling then babies do!
So I try my best to come up with delicious, healthy and flavorful dishes that they’ll like and that will hopefully keep them full for more than 10 minutes.
If you’ve hung out here on the blog with me for awhile you know that I am a huge fan of quinoa, and also a lover of the flavors of the Mediterranean.
