This spinach dip is creamy, delicious and super simple. This easy spinach dip comes together in minutes with a few ingredients and is perfect for any party or gathering!
My family loves snacks.
We love popcorn, chips & salsa, and of course a delicious dip! If I sit a bowl of dip on my table with some cut up veggies, crackers, and chips it will be gone before you know it!
I love whipping up a delicious dip for my family to snack on during a family movie night or for parties and holiday gatherings. This easy spinach dip is a recipe that my mom always made for parties and it is one of our family’s favorites.
One of the things I love about this dip is that it uses pantry staples that you can keep on hand so that if you have unexpected company or need a quick dish for a potluck or party you’re ready to whip this up!
Can I make this Spinach Dip Ahead of Time?
This dip is a perfect make-ahead dish! If you are having a party or prepping for a holiday you can whip this up a day or two ahead of time so that you can just grab it out of the fridge and serve.
You can also freeze it if you want to make it even further ahead. It may be a little watery when thawing but you can drain it and give it a stir and it will be perfect!
Can I substitute healthier ingredients?
This spinach dip is made with mayo and sour cream, but you can easily healthy it up with a couple of swaps. You can swap out the mayo for a low-fat version, and swap the sour cream with Greek yogurt. You will still have the creamy flavor with less fat!
Here’s how to make this Easy Spinach Dip-

Then finely chop your water chestnuts into super small pieces.
Now mix your spinach, vegetable soup mix, water chestnuts, sour cream, and mayo together.
