I personally think cookies are one of life’s greatest treats! I especially love easy cookies like these classic no- bake cookies and these Nutella cookies, and of course these cake mix cookies have joined the ranks of my favorites because they are so so easy!
I discovered these cake mix cookies one day when I had a hankering for cookies but not a lot of motivation to bake! I had a cake mix though, and so I went looking to see if you can make cookies with cake mix?
The answer. Yes!

The great thing about these is that you can use pretty much any cake mix and mix in your favorite cookie add-ins and have an endless variety of super easy cookies!
My family loves these made with Funfetti cake mix, and strawberry cake mix with chocolate chips is another one of our favorites!

Here’s how to make these Cake Mix Cookies!
1 Box Cake Mix (any flavor)
1/3 Cup Vegetable Oil
2 Eggs
1 tsp Vanilla
Preheat your oven to 350, and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. The parchment is optional but it will help the cookies not to stick.
In a mixing bowl combine your cake mix, vanilla, oil and eggs. It will form a soft dough.
Scoop the dough onto your prepared cookie sheet using a spoon or dough scoop leaving about 2 inches in between.
Bake for 8-10 minutes, remove from the oven and allow to cool on the baking sheet for 3-4 minutes.
Remove from the baking sheet to a cooling rack to cool completely.

- 1/3 Cup Vegetable Oil
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350

Stir until well mixed, and a soft dough has formed. - Scoop the dough onto a parchment lined cookie sheet with a dough scoop or spoon 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes.
- Allow to cool on the baking sheet for 3-4 minutes and then place them on a cooling rack to cool completely.
