1 lb Steak, cut into bite-sized cubes

2 Tbsp Olive Oil

2 Tbsp Soy Sauce

1/3 tsp Garlic Powder

1/3 tsp Cumin

1/3 tsp Coriander

Here’s How to Make Air Fryer Steak Bites

First preheat the air fryer to 380F for at least 5 minutes. Pour olive oil, soy sauce into the bag, add spices. Stir.

In a medium size bowl mix together olive oil, soy sauce and spices. Place the marinade and the steak bites in a zip top bag. Knead the bag to coat all of the steak bites with the marinade.

Allow the steak bites to marinate for at least 15 minutes.

Place the steak bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer.

Air fry for 4-6 minutes.

Turn the steak bites over with a pair of tongs and continue to air fry for another 4-6 minutes.

Allow the steak to rest for a few minutes before serving while still warm.
