Ham is a delicious main dish for any occasion or holiday. Everyone loves it for Christmas and Easter, and throughout the year it is just as delicious! But you may wonder what to serve with ham, what side dishes are best, and what compliments the delicious flavor? Here are some of my favorite recipes to serve up alongside ham for any meal!
I don’t know about you but ham is always part of the main course for our Christmas dinner and of course we always have an Easter ham, and every year I always pick up a couple of extra hams so that even after our holiday dinner we can enjoy a delicious spiral ham for dinner at any time! I always try to make sure we have leftovers too, I meal let’s face it enjoying your holiday feast the next day is always a treat, and there are so many leftover ham recipes you can make and enjoy it is worth the extra effort to cook a little more than needed!
There are tons of tasty side dishes to choose from when it comes to creating your menu, everything from sweet potato casserole to a light salad, there are so many that make a great addition to your table! The biggest challenge will be narrowing down how many to make!
A great choice to serve with ham is potatoes here are some potato recipes that will compliment your favorite ham beautifully! To me potatoes are often the best part of any meal!
