OMG I can eat a whole pan of these!! Crunchy, chewy, Nutella...AMAZING!!

DANGER DANGER!!! These delicious Nutella rice krispie treats are addicting!! Don’t make them if you are on a diet!

Be careful with these Nutella rice krispie treats! It's easy to eat the whole pan!! Chewy crunchy crispy treats with the awesome taste of Nutella!!

One time my step Mom sent me an article about a truck with 11,000 pounds of Nutella that was stolen. The title of the email was “Do you need us to bail you out?”   Whoever did steal that truck is a person after my own heart!!

Now, not only do I adore Nutella but I am a huge fan of rice krispie treats, I can eat a whole pan… pretty quickly.

Consequently, these Nutella rice krispie treats are dangerous for me to have in my house.  But on occasion, I have to make a pan, and devour them without feeling guilty about it!

These are heaven folks…sweet tooth satisfying, crunchy, chewy, delicious heaven.

A pan of these is gone in about 2.9 seconds in my house, they are so super.

And incredibly easy.

Did I mention delicious??

Nutella rice krispie treats

Here’s what you’ll need for these Nutella rice krispie treats :

1-pkg large marshmallows

4-Tbsp. Butter + some for buttering your pan

6- Cups Rice Cereal

1- Cup Nutella

If you have ever made rice krispie treats before you probably could figure it out from here. But I’ll tell you how anyway. First butter your pan (13×9) and set it aside. Now in a nice big pot melt your butter over low heat. Add in your marshmallows and melt them over low/med heat stirring occasionally. Once your marshmallows are all melted turn your heat to low and start adding the Nutella a spoonful at a time until it’s incorporated, it gets a little thick but just keep stirring. Remove the pan from the heat and add in your rice cereal.

The mixture is a little different than plain rice krispie treats, it’s a little stretchier and harder to stir… just keep at it, it will coat the cereal eventually.

Now dump the mixture in your prepared pan and press it down. You can use a spatula or butter your hands and press.

If you can stand it let them cool before cutting… if you can’t they’re messy and stretchy and gooey (not that I would know!)

Enjoy!!

Do you have a weakness for Nutella?? Are you the person who stole the truck & need my help?!?!
