Do you love coffee? This homemade vanilla coffee creamer is the perfect addition to your morning cup. With only 4 ingredients it is easy to make and all-natural.

I am a huge fan of all things sweet & salty. There is something about the combination of pretzels and chocolate that is so delicious.

So when I was introduced to a Take 5 bar I was in love. Whoever combined pretzels, peanut butter, and chocolate should be given a Nobel prize.

I was struck by inspiration while searching my cabinets for peanut butter ball ingredients to make some for the kids. There like a beacon were mini chocolate chips and pretzels…

And deliciousness was born. These don’t last very long at my house… I have to hide a few for myself!

So here’s how to make  this craving satisfying treat.

Here’s What You Need for These Take 5 Peanut Butter Balls

1- Cup Peanut Butter
1-Cup Powdered Milk
1/2- Cup Honey
1/3- Cup Mini-Chocolate Chips 1/3-Cup Caramel Bits
1-Cup Crushed Pretzels
1/4 Cup Crushed Pretzels (for topping) 2 Cups Chocolate Chips (semi sweet or milk chocolate)

First you’ll want to get your ingredients ready. I like to chop the caramel bits in half, it makes them disperse evenly through the peanut butter balls. But you don’t have to

You also want to make sure that your pretzels are crushed into nice small pieces.

Now stir the peanut butter, powdered milk, and honey together.

Then stir in the caramel bits, mini chocolate chips, and pretzel pieces.

When it is all evenly mixed scoop out tablespoon size scoops and roll into balls. I use a dough scoop to make it really easy.

Now pop them in the freezer for at least 1/2 an hour.

Once your peanut butter balls are nice and cold it’s time to dip them in chocolate.

In the bowl of a double boiler melt your chocolate chips over medium heat until nice and melted. You can also use a heatproof bowl over a pan if you don’t have a double boiler.

You’ll want to set up an area for once they’re dipped. I use a cooling rack with wax paper under it to catch drips, you could also place them directly on wax paper or parchment paper.

Now dip each of your peanut butter balls in the chocolate. You can use a fork, a skewer, or a chocolate dipping tool.

As you dip top each one with a sprinkle of crushed pretzel. I usually dip 2 or 3 then put the pretzels on, you want to sprinkle them on when the chocolate is still melted.
