Loaded Easter Candy Magic Bars
Do you love Easter chocolates? Cook up these Easter candy magic bars, that are loaded with M&M’s, Reese’s Pieces Eggs, Cadbury mini eggs and a ton of other deliciousness!!
I love chocolate… love love love it. It is one of those things I have to be careful about having in my house because I will eat a ton of it in pretty much any form.
So Easter can be a bit tricky. I cannot resist a bag of Cadbury mini eggs, there is something about that creamy chocolate and crunchy shell…. mmmmmmmm.
So next to Christmas, Easter is the time of year where I just give in to the chocoholic that lives inside me and eat all the candy.
This year I decided to not only indulge but to create some dessert bars that are so chock full of Easter chocolates that it’s a tad obnoxious.
Ridiculous is the word my husband used. Ridiculously delicious, he couldn’t stop eating them. I sent some to work with him and I’m fairly certain the guys he works with are now in love with me. These are amazing.
There is something about the Easter chocolate, the toasted coconut, saltiness of the crust, and all the other flavors combining together that creates an amazing taste combination.
The name Easter candy magic bars is not an exaggeration. These are magical.
Here’s what you’ll need for these Easter candy magic bars
1-Stick of Butter
2- Cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
14 oz Can Sweetened Condensed Milk
1- Cup White chocolate chips divided into 1/2 cups
3/4 Cup (divided 1/2 & 1/4 Cups) – Easter M&M’s
1/4- Cup – Reese’s Pieces Eggs
1/4- Cup- Cadbury Mini Eggs
1 1/2- Cups Shredded Coconut
First thing you’ll want to do is preheat your oven to 350.
Now in a medium bowl melt your butter and mix in your graham cracker crumbs. Firmly press that mixture into the bottom of a 13×9 inch pan. I like to line my pan with aluminum foil just to make these super easy to remove but that is totally optional.
Now pour your sweetened condensed milk over the graham cracker crust.
Now sprinkle 1/2 a cup of white chocolate chips, 1/2 cup of M&M’s over the sweetened condensed milk.
Now cover that layer with all of your coconut (it will pretty much cover the chocolate chips and M&M’s)
Next sprinkle the rest of your Easter candies and white chocolate chips evenly across the coconut layer.
Now pop them in the oven for 25-30 minutes or until they are a nice golden brown.
Let them cool before cutting. If you’ve lined your pan you can just lift the whole thing out and cut into squares.
Now your Easter candy magic bars are ready to eat!!
Pile them on a plate and let your family go to town… You’ll want to eat the whole pan believe me! (Hint: These are AMAZING with a cup of coffee!)
