Can this Italian hoagie be made ahead of time?
This sub is great for lunches, picnics or an easy dinner not only because it is delicious but it can be made ahead of time! I recommend placing your meat on the bottom half of the bread and your cheese on the top of the the bread. Place your veggies in between before you wrap your sandwich in plastic wrap or foil to store. This helps the bread to not get soggy. I recommend not putting the dressing on the sandwich until right before you’re ready to serve. If you are taking these somewhere you can mix the salad dressing ingredients together in a mason jar or other air tight container to take it with you!
