Halloween is the perfect time for all kinds of treats and these truffles are an easy and delicious one!

Since these are made with a brownie mix they are really easy. They are also great because you can use any sprinkles you’d like to create any color combinations you want!

I like to use a mix of several different kinds of sprinkles to make a fun mix that is perfect for any party!

These can be made ahead and stored in the fridge in an airtight container if you want to make them in advance.

Here’s how to make these brownie truffles-

First place the dry brownie mix in a large microwave safe mixing bowl.  Place in microwave and heat in 30 second increments stirring between each for about 1 ½ minutes or until temperature is 160. This is precautionary because eating raw flour is not advised.

Remove the brownie mix from microwave and add in corn syrup, chocolate syrup and water.

Stir until well mixed and smooth.

Place sprinkles in a shallow dish.

A collage of four pictures showing how to make brownie truffles. The first shows dry brownie mix with water added, the next shows brownie batter mixed together with a wooden spoon, the third shows small plates covered with Halloween sprinkles, and the fourth shows balls of the brownie batter rolled in sprinkles.

Scoop out 1 tablespoon of the brownie mixture at a time and roll into a ball. Slightly dampening your hands for rolling keeps the batter from sticking to them. I like to keep a damp paper towel near by while making these to dampen my hands.

Immediately roll in sprinkles gently pressing to coat the truffles. Place on plate or baking sheet.

Repeat until all batter has been made into truffles.

Place in the refrigerator and chill for at least 1 hour before serving.

Store in an airtight container and serve chilled.
