Tips for baking- When I’m baking cookies I like to line my cookie sheets with parchment paper to keep the cookies from sticking and hep them bake evenly. It is also a good idea to rotate cookie sheets or allow them to cool in-between batches, a warm cookie sheet can effect the cookie dough and they won’t bake as evenly.
Remember this dough needs to chill for at least 3 hours so make sure to plan ahead.
