Ingredients
3-4Medium size cucumbers
2-Avocadosripe but still firm.
1/4-CupMayonaise
2-Green Onions thinly sliced
1-tspLime juice
1/2-tspGarlic Powder
1/2-tspSmoked Paprika
Salt to taste
Instructions
1.Chop your cucumbers and avocados into bite sized pieces. (peeling your cucumbers is optional, I like to leave the skin on, but you can peel them if you’d like.)
2.Toss them together in a large bowl along with the green onions
3.In a smaller bowl mix together your mayonaise and lime juice, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
4.Now pour the mayo mixture over the cucumbers and avocados and gently mix, salt to taste.
