Ingredients
2-lbs.of Asparagus
2-TbspOlive Oil
1tsp& 1 Tbsp – Sesame Oil
½CupMayonnaise
2TbspRice Vinegar
1tspSoy Sauce
½tspGarlic Powder
1TbspSesame Seeds
Salt
Instructions
1.First, trim the ends from the asparagus.
2.Toss asparagus with olive oil and 1 Tbsp sesame oil. Sprinkle with salt.
3.Heat oven to 425 degrees.
4. Spread asparagus on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes.
5. In a medium size bowl mix together mayo, rice vinegar, soy sauce, garlic powder and 1 tsp sesame oil. Stir until well blended.
6.Remove asparagus from the oven.
7.Drizzle generously with sauce and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
