2CupsFinely Diced Fresh Pineapple
2CupsChopped Roma Tomatoes
1-2Finely Diced Jalapenos
1/3Diced Red Onion
1/4CupChopped Fresh Cilantro
2TbspFresh Lime Juice
1/2tspSalt
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl combine chopped tomato, onion, and jalapeno peppers.
Add in diced pineapple.
Add in chopped cilantro, pour lime juice on top and season with salt to taste.
Mix well, cover and refrigerate for about half an hour before serving.
