Ingredients
5-10Mini Sweet Peppers
½CupMarinara Sauce
½CupShredded Mozzarella
¼CupShredded Parmesan
¼CupMini Pepperoni
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cut the peppers in half lengthwise. Remove the seeds and white membrane to clean the peppers out.
5-10 Mini Sweet Peppers
Place peppers on the prepared baking sheet.
Spoon enough sauce into each pepper half to cover the bottom.
½ Cup Marinara Sauce
Stuff each pepper with shredded mozzarella cheese and sprinkle with shredded parmesan.
½ Cup Shredded Mozzarella, ¼ Cup Shredded Parmesan
Place pepperoni on top of the cheese.
¼ Cup Mini Pepperoni
Bake for 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted completely.
