Ingredients

  • 4- Cups Cooked Chicken- cubed or shredded
  • 6- Slices of Crispy Cooked Bacon
  • 1 -1 oz. Package of Ranch Dressing Mix
  • 5- Cups Broccoli Florets
  • 1- 8 oz. Brick Cream Cheese
  • 1 1/2 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 1/2 Cup Heavy Cream

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 and grease a 13×9 baking dish or casserole dish.
  • In a medium saucepan over medium heat combine cream cheese, heavy cream, and the packet of ranch seasoning mix. Heat over medium stirring frequently until the cream cheese is melted and the ranch mix is thoroughly incorporated.
  • In a large saucepan or microwave safe dish steam the broccoli florets for about 2 minutes then drain.
  • To assemble the casserole, place your cubed chicken in the bottom of the prepared baking pan.
  • Spread the broccoli across across the top of the chicken evenly.
  • Pour the creamy ranch mixture evenly across the top of the broccoli and chicken.
  • Sprinkle the shredded cheese evenly across the top of the sauce mixture.
  • Crumble or chop your bacon. Sprinkle the bacon pieces across the top of the casserole.
  • Bake the casserole in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the casserole is heated through.
  • Serve warm.
  • Store any leftover casserole refrigerated in an airtight container.
