Ingredients
1hoagie roll
4slicesshaved ham
4slicessalami
4slicessandwich pepperoni
2slicesprovolone cheese
2slicesmozzarella cheese
3thin tomato slices
1/2cupshredded iceberg lettuce
1/2teaspoonItalian seasoning
1tablespoonred wine vinegarmore or less to liking
1tablespoonolive oilmore or less to liking
1/3teaspooncracked black pepper
Instructions
Slice the hoagie roll in half lengthwise. On the bottom half of the roll layer salami, pepperoni, and ham, Layer the sliced cheese, provolone and mozzarella, on top of the meats.
Top with thinly sliced tomato and shredded lettuce
In a small bowl whisk together the Italian seasoning, red wine vinegar, olive oil and black pepper.
Pour the mixture evenly across the sub.
Close the sandwich and enjoy! Cut in half if desired.
