Italian Grinder Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 1 hoagie roll
  • 4 slices shaved ham
  • 4 slices salami
  • 4 slices sandwich pepperoni
  • 2 slices provolone cheese
  • 2 slices mozzarella cheese
  • 3 thin tomato slices
  • 1/2 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar more or less to liking
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil more or less to liking
  • 1/3 teaspoon cracked black pepper

Instructions

  • Slice the hoagie roll in half lengthwise. On the bottom half of the roll layer salami, pepperoni, and ham, Layer the sliced cheese, provolone and mozzarella, on top of the meats.
  • Top with thinly sliced tomato and shredded lettuce
  • In a small bowl whisk together the Italian seasoning, red wine vinegar, olive oil and black pepper.
  • Pour the mixture evenly across the sub.
  • Close the sandwich and enjoy! Cut in half if desired.
