Ingredients

  • 19 oz 13×9 in pan size Brownie Mix
  • 2 Tbsp Chocolate Syrup
  • 2 Tbsp Corn Syrup
  • ¼ Cup Water
  • Halloween Sprinkles

Instructions

  • First place the dry brownie mix in a large microwave safe mixing bowl.  Place in microwave and heat in 30 second increments stirring between each for about 1 ½ minutes or until temperature is 160. This is precautionary because eating raw flour is not advised.
  • Remove the brownie mix from microwave and add in corn syrup, chocolate syrup and water.
  • Stir until well mixed and smooth.
  • Place sprinkles in a shallow dish.
  • Scoop out 1 tablespoon of the brownie mixture at a time and roll into a ball. Slightly dampening your hands for rolling keeps the batter from sticking to them. I like to keep a damp paper towel near by while making these to dampen my hands.
  • Immediately roll in sprinkles gently pressing to coat the truffles. Place on plate or baking sheet.
  • Repeat until all batter has been made into truffles.
  • Place in the refrigerator and chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
  • Store in an airtight container and serve chilled.
