Ingredients
Homemade Fajita Seasoning
1/2tsp Onion Powder
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
2 tspSalt
1tsp Pepper
2tsp Cumin
1 Tbsp Chili Powder
1tsp Smoked Paprika
1/2tsp Oregano
Ground Beef Fajitas
3Tbsp Fajita Seasoninghomemade or store bought
2lbsLean Ground Beef
2Medium Onions
3Bell Peppers
1tbsp Olive Oil
Instructions
Place ground beef in a skillet over medium high heat sprinkle with 1 Tbsp fajita seasoning. Brown the ground beef until it is no longer pink.
Remove from skillet and drain, set aside.
Add olive oil to skillet add in the bell peppers and onion and 1 tbsp fajita seasoning cook over medium heat for 20-25 minutes or until the fajita veggies are softened.
Add the cooked ground beef back to the skillet and another 1 tbsp fajita seasoning. Stir the beef and veggies together and heat over medium heat until the meat is warmed through.
Serve with corn or flour tortillas and your favorite fajita toppings.
