Ingredients

  • 1 15.5 oz Can Chickpeas drained
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/3 tsp Salt
  • 1/3 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1/3 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/3 tsp Cumin

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 390.
  • Drain and rinse the chickpeas then lay them on paper towels. Use additional paper towels to pat them dry. This helps the oil and spices to stick well.
  • In a large bowl mix together the olive oil, salt and spices until they are well blended.
  • Add the chickpeas to the bowl and stir gently to coat them with the seasoning mixture.
  • Transfer the chickpeas to the air fryer basket and spread them into a single layer.
  • Air fry the chickpeas for 10-15 minutes stir the chickpeas or shake the basket every 5 minutes to make sure they cook evenly .
  • The chickpeas are done when they nice and dry and crunchy. I usually sample one to check, if they aren’t crispy enough continue air frying for 3-5 minutes at a time until desired crunchiness is reached.
