Ingredients

  • 2- Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2- Tbsp Flour
  • 1- Cup Chicken Broth
  • 1/4 Cup Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1/4 Cup Milk I used 2%
  • 3- tsp Minced Garlic
  • 3/4 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  • In a saucepan combine olive oil and garlic over medium heat, cook a few minutes and then add flour gradually stirring constantly for about 5 minutes over medium heat until golden brown and bubbly.
  • Slowly add in the chicken broth whisking constantly to prevent lumps. Simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
  • Turn the heat to low and add in the milk and yogurt, stir well.
  • Add the parmesan cheese and continue stirring over low heat until smooth
  • Add in salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve warm over your favorite pasta dish!
