1Bag Coleslaw Mix
2Medium Size Apples
1/2CupDried Cranberries
1/2CupShredded Carrots
1/3CupSliced Almonds
For the dressing
1/2CupMayonnaise
1/3CupSour Cream
2TbspApple Cider Vinegar
3TbspHoney
Instructions
First we're going to make the dressing. In a small bowl combine mayonnaise and sour cream, stir to mix well. Add in the apple cider vinegar and honey, continue mixing until everything is well incorporated.
Next it is time to cut the apples. Quarter the apples and remove the core. Slice the quarters in thin slices and then cut them in half.
Place coleslaw mix, shredded carrots, chopped apples, almonds and cranberries in a large bowl. Toss to to mix well.
Pour the coleslaw dressing over the coleslaw mixture and stir until all of the veggies are evenly coated with the dressing.
