6- Cups thinly sliced Cabbage 1/2 a large head 1/4- Cup chopped Cilantro 1- tsp Sea Salt 1/4- tsp Pepper 1/4- Cup Lime Juice 2- Tbsp Orange Juice 3- Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1.In a medium size, bowl combine your lime juice, oj, and olive oil. Whisk it all together.
2.In a large bowl toss together your cabbage, cilantro, salt, and pepper.
3.Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture, stir until everything is well incorporated and let sit about 15 minutes before serving.
