Place ground beef in a large skillet and cook over medium heat, stirring and crumbling as it cooks until cooked through. Remove from the skillet and drain, leaving about a tablespoon of drippings in the skillet.

Add the diced onions to the skillet and cook over medium heat for about 5-10 minutes or until translucent.

Add the drained ground beef back into the skillet. Keeping the burner on low to medium heat, sprinkle on the salt, pepper, onion powder and garlic powder. Stir well to season the ground beef.

Add in the diced pickles, thousand island dressing and mayo. Stir until everything is well incorporated and allow to cook for 5-10 minutes, stirring frequently, until everything is heated through.
1 Cup Thousand Island Dressing, ½ Cup Mayonnaise, 1 Cup Diced Dill Pickle
Serve on a bun with a slice of cheese, shredded lettuce and additional pickle slices if desired.
