- 1 Cup Flour
- 1/2 Cup Quick Oats
- 1 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1- Cup Butter softened
- 1- Can Pumpkin Puree
- 1- Cup Evaporated Milk
- 1- Eggs
- 3/4- Cup Sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 1/2 - Cup Chopped Pecans
- 2 Tbsp Melted Butter
Mix together flour, oats, 1/2 Cup brown sugar, and softened butter. Press into the bottom of a 13x9 inch pan. Place in a pre-heated 350 degree oven for 15 minutes.
Mix together pumpkin, evaporated milk, eggs, sugar, and pumpkin pie spice. Pour into baked crust. Bake for another 25 minutes.
Mix together nuts, 1/2 cup brown sugar, and melted butter. Sprinkle over filling and bake an additional 15-25 minutes or until filling is set in the center.
