Sesame Roasted Asparagus

Ingredients

  • 2- lbs. of Asparagus
  • 2- Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp & 1 Tbsp – Sesame Oil
  • ½ Cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp Rice Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Soy Sauce
  • ½ tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Sesame Seeds
  • Salt

Instructions

  • 1.First, trim the ends from the asparagus. 
  • 2.Toss asparagus with olive oil and 1 Tbsp sesame oil.
    Sprinkle with salt.
  • 3.Heat oven to 425 degrees.
  • 4. Spread asparagus on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20
    minutes.
  • 5. In a medium size bowl mix together mayo, rice vinegar, soy
    sauce, garlic powder and 1 tsp sesame oil. Stir until well blended.
  • 6.Remove asparagus from the oven.
  • 7.Drizzle generously with sauce and sprinkle with sesame
    seeds.
