- ¾ Cup Smooth Peanut Butter
- ¾ Cup Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 large egg
- ¼ tsp Salt
- 1 Tbsp Flour
- ½ Cup mini chocolate chips
- 60 Chocolate kisses- unwrapped
Preheat oven to 350
Beat together peanut butter, sugar, vanilla, egg and flour and salt with an electric mixer until well combined.
Spoon dough by rounded ¼ tsp.(approx.) onto a baking sheet, form dough into domed circle shape.
Bake for 10 minutes or until golden around the edges. Allow to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing to cool completely on a cooling rack.
Microwave ¼ cup of mini chocolate chips in a small bowl on high in 10 second increments stirring in between until chocolate is melted and smooth.
Dip the flat part of each kiss in the chocolate and then press a cookie into place. Use the same method to attach mini chocolate chip “stems” – You can do both at once or do all the bottoms then all the tops.
