Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
Instructions
1.In a large skillet melt your coconut oil.
2. Add in your honey, pecans, cinnamon and salt. Heat over low/medium heat for 2 minutes until just a little bubbly.
3. Now add in your oats and coconut and continue heating for 5-10 minutes stirring frequently until golden brown.
4.Now spread it evenly on a cookie sheet. Let it cool completely.
Notes
Line cookie sheet with parchment for easy clean up.
