Ingredients

  • 3- Tbsp. Coconut Oil
  • 5- Tbsp Honey
  • 1/4 – Cup Chopped Pecans
  • 1- tsp. Cinnamon
  • 1/2- tsp. Salt
  • 1/2- Cup Coconut
  • 2- Old Fashioned Rolled Oats

Instructions

  • 1.In a large skillet melt your coconut oil.
  • 2. Add in your honey, pecans, cinnamon and salt. Heat over low/medium heat for 2 minutes until just a little bubbly.
  • 3. Now add in your oats and coconut and continue heating for 5-10 minutes stirring frequently until golden brown.
  • 4.Now spread it evenly on a cookie sheet. Let it cool completely.

Notes

Line cookie sheet with parchment for easy clean up.
