Ingredients

  • 3- Cups Cooked Quinoa – cooled
  • 1- Pint Grape Tomatoes
  • 1- Large Cucumber
  • 1- Can Black Olives
  • ¼- Cup Chopped Red Onion
  • 2- Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2- tsp Chopped Garlic
  • 2- Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 4 oz. Container Feta Cheese

Instructions

  • 1.Chop your tomatoes, cucumber, and black olives into bite size pieces
  • 2.In a large bowl combine your veggies, feta and quinoa.
  • 3.In a small bowl combine your olive oil, garlic and balsamic vinegar and stir until well combined.
  • 4.Pour your dressing over your veggies and quinoa and stir until everything is well coated.
