Ingredients

  • 6- Cups thinly sliced Cabbage 1/2 a large head
  • 1/4- Cup chopped Cilantro
  • 1- tsp Sea Salt
  • 1/4- tsp Pepper
  • 1/4- Cup Lime Juice
  • 2- Tbsp Orange Juice
  • 3- Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Instructions

  • 1.In a medium size, bowl combine your lime juice, oj, and olive oil. Whisk it all together.
  • 2.In a large bowl toss together your cabbage, cilantro, salt, and pepper.
  • 3.Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture, stir until everything is well incorporated and let sit about 15 minutes before serving.
