  • 1- Lb Ground Chicken
  • 1/2 Cup Panko Bread Crumbs
  • 3 Green Onions – sliced
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/4 Cup Chopped Fresh Cilantro
  • 1 Tbsp Ginger Paste
  • 3 Cloves Garlic- minced
  • 3 Tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Sesame Oil
  • Olive oil or cooking oil of choice

Instructions

  • In a large bowl stir together the egg and panko bread crumbs.
  • Combine the ground chicken, sliced green onions and chopped cilantro.
  • In a small bowl whisk together the soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, ginger and garlic.
  • Pour the mixture over the ground chicken mixture and stir until everything is well combined.
  • Cover and chill the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
  • When you are ready to cook remove the chicken mixture from the fridge and form the chicken mixture into 4 patties.
  • Heat your olive oil or other cooking oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Place the burgers in the pan and cook for about 5 minutes per side. Make sure to cook them to an internal temperature of 165 degrees f. I like to check mine with a meat thermometer.
  • Serve while warm with your favorite toppings and buns.
