Ingredients

  • 1- 4.6 oz. Package Cook and Serve Vanilla Pudding
  • 1- 6 oz. Package Strawberry Gelatin
  • 3 Cups Water
  • 1- 16 oz. Container Cool Whip whipped topping – thawed
  • 1- 10 oz. Package Mini Marshmallows
  • 2- Cups Fresh Strawberries- diced
  • 1- Cup Fresh Strawberries -mashed

Instructions

  • In a medium saucepan over medium heat combine the water, vanilla pudding mix, and strawberry Jello mix. Stir frequently until the gelatin is completely dissolved and everything is well mixed.
  • Pour the pudding and jello mixture into a large mixing bowl and cover it with plastic wrap.
  • Place the bowl in the refrigerator for 4-6 hours.
  • Remove from the refrigerator and using an electric mixer beat until smooth and creamy.
  • Fold in the cool whip mixing until it is well incorporated.
  • Add in the marshmallows and diced strawberries. Gently fold in using a spatula or wooden spoon.
  • Add in the mashed strawberries and gently stir until they are well incorporated.
  • Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
  • Store leftover salad refrigerated in an airtight container.
