Air Fryer Mini Pizzas

Made with a refrigerated biscuit pizza crust these air fryer mini pizzas are fun to make and delicious to eat! These personal pizzas are a great snack, quick dinner, or a delicious addition to any party!

Ingredients

  • 1- 16 oz Can Jumbo Flaky Biscuits like Pillsbury Grands
  • 1 Cup Pizza Sauce or Marinara Sauce
  • 1-2 Cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1/2 Cup Pepperoni cut into fourths or mini pepperoni

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400 spritz or brush the bottom of the basket with a little bit of olive oil or line with an air fryer paper liner.
  • Separate biscuit dough rounds into two pieces and flatten the dough into 4 inch circles using your hands or a rolling pin. Place on a flat surface.
  • Top each dough round with about 2 teaspoons of sauce.
  • Sprinkle about 2 teaspoons of cheese on each pizza and then top with pepperoni or other pizza toppings if desired.
  • Place pizzas in the air fryer basket or air fryer tray leaving a few inches of space between them and cook for 5-6 minutes or until the biscuit dough is cooked through, the pizzas are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
