Parmesan Mayo Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2-3 cloves garlic minced

Instructions

  • Directions Preheat oven to 375 degrees lightly spray the bottom of a baking dish with cooking spray or line it with parchment paper.
  • Trim and butterfly or pound chicken breasts flat and place chicken breasts in a baking dish.
  • Next in a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, salt, pepper and minced garlic together until well blended.
  • Then spread the mayonnaise mixture evenly on top of the chicken.
  • Sprinkle the parmesan cheese evenly across the top of the mayo covered chicken
  • Cook in oven for 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and cheese is golden. The internal temperature of the chicken should be 165 when taken with a meat thermometer in the thickest part of the breast.
  • Serve immediately while still hot, sprinkle with additional parmesan if desired.
