- 1 1/2 cups Brussels sprouts
- 4 tbsp grated parmesan
- 3 pinches of salt
- 1/3 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/3 tsp granulated garlic
- 1/3 tsp dried thyme
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 3 pinches ground black pepper
Rinse and pat dry the Brussels sprouts with a paper towel, removing the outer leaves if they are dry or yellow. Cut each sprout in half and place in a large bowl. If you have larger sprouts you can cut them into quarters so that they cook evenly.
Add salt, spices, thyme and olive oil to a bowl mix thoroughly to coat each sprout evenly with oil and seasonings.
Transfer the Brussels sprouts to the air fryer basket in a even layer. Air fry brussels sprouts 325 F for 5-6 minutes. Your cooking time may vary depending on the size of your sprouts so check them at 5 minutes and cook a few minutes longer if necessary.
Move the air-fried brussels sprouts close together in the air fryer and sprinkle with grated parmesan and bake for another 2 minutes until the parmesan is golden brown.
Serve warm.
Store leftover brussels sprouts refrigerated in an air tight container.
