Ingredients

  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1/2 pound ground sausage
  • 1 pound Velveeta
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 10 ounce can Rotel
  • 1 Tablespoon Chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chips and veggies for dipping

Instructions

  • Place the sausage and ground beef in a medium skillet and heat over medium-high heat. Brown sausage and meat until fully cooked. While the meat is cooking crumble it with a wooden spoon or a meat chopper.
  • Add in the chili powder and a pinch of salt and pepper to taste.
  • Drain the meat to remove any excess grease.
  • Place the meat mixture in the bottom of your crockpot
  • Chop Velveeta cheese and cream cheese into cubes and spread them evenly across the top of the meat.
  • Drain tomatoes and pour evenly across the cheese.
  • Place the lid on the crockpot and set on low for 2 hours.
  • Stir dip and serve warm with veggies, chips or anything else you love to dip!
