Cans Chickepeas

Diced Garlic

Jar of Tomato Sauce

Apple Cider Vinegar

Brown Sugar

Vegetarian Worchestershire Sauce

Olive Oil
Instructions
Saute olive oil, onions, garlic and salt for about 5 minutes using the saute feature of the Instant Pot.
Add in remaining ingredients and stir well.
Set the Instant Pot to High for 20 minutes.
Allow to natural release for 10 minutes then manually release.
Mash slightly with a potato or hamburger masher.
Serve on rolls with your favorite sloppy joe toppings.
