Strawberry Cake Mix Brownies
These strawberry cake mix brownies are a delicious, soft, gooey and full of strawberry flavor! Made using a cake mix and just a handful of ingredients this recipe is as simple as it is tasty!

Ingredients
- For the strawberry brownies
- 15 oz box of strawberry cake mix
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup salted butter melted
- For the strawberry glaze
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp strawberry preserves
- 1 1/2 tbsp milk
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees f and spray a 8×8 square baking pan with cooking spray or line it with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl mix strawberry cake mix, eggs and the melted butter until combined. The brownie batter will be thick, make sure to stir it thoroughly.
- Press the batter into the prepared baking dish and press gently using a spatula to even it out.
- Place in the preheated oven and bake for 18-23 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Remove from the oven and place on a wire cooling rack to let the brownies cool completely.
- Now it is time to make the simple glaze.
- Place the powdered sugar and strawberry jam in a medium size mixing bowl. Gradually add in the milk and stir until the desired consistency is reached.
- Spread the glaze evenly over the cooled brownies.
- Cut and enjoy!
