Ingredients
For the patties-

For the gravy-

butter

sliced onion

mushrooms sliced

Beef Broth

ketchup

Flour
Instructions
Mix all patty ingredients together in a large bowl.
Form into 8 patties.
Pan sear on med/high for 5-6 min on each side, remove from pan and put on a plate, & cover with foil, set aside.
Drain all but about 1-2 Tbsp of fat out of the pan.
Add butter, add onions and mushrooms Cook 5-10 minutes until veggies are tender
Whisk in broth ketchup and Worcestershire sauce., let simmer.
In a separate small bowl whisk together flour and 2 tbsp water.
Whisk flour mixture into pan cook at a low boil for 1-2 minutes until thickened. Add patties back in simmer for about 5 minutes.
Serve
