Ingredients

  • For the patties-
  • 2 lbs Ground Beef
  • 1/2 Cup Bread Crumbs
  • 2 TBSP Onion Power
  • 2 TBSP Ketchup
  • 4 tsp Worchestershire
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 TBSP Dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp salt
  • For the gravy-
  • 2 TBSP butter
  • 1- sliced onion
  • 8 oz mushrooms sliced
  • 2 Cups Beef Broth
  • 1 TBSP ketchup
  • 2 tsp Worchestershire
  • 1 TBSP Flour

Instructions

  • Mix all patty ingredients together in a large bowl.
  • Form into 8 patties.
  • Pan sear on med/high for 5-6 min on each side, remove from pan and put on a plate, & cover with foil, set aside.
  • Drain all but about 1-2 Tbsp of fat out of the pan.
  • Add butter, add onions and mushrooms Cook 5-10 minutes until veggies are tender
  • Whisk in broth ketchup and Worcestershire sauce., let simmer.
  • In a separate small bowl whisk together flour and 2 tbsp water.
  • Whisk flour mixture into pan cook at a low boil for 1-2 minutes until thickened. Add patties back in simmer for about 5 minutes.
  • Serve
