Ingredients
- 1 3oz Package Orange Gelatin Mix
- 1 cup Boiling Water
- 1/2 cup Cold Water
- 1 3.5 oz Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix
- 8 oz Whipped Topping thawed
- 2 cups Mini Marshmallows
- 3 15 oz Cans of Mandarin Oranges drained
Instructions
- Place the boiling water in a large mixing bowl.
- Add in the orange gelatin powder and mix until the powder is completely dissolved.
- Add the cold water and stir until well mixed.
- Next add in the vanilla pudding mix and stir until it is well incorporated scraping down the sides with a spatula.
- Place the bowl in the fridge for 15 minutes to partially set.
- After 15 minutes remove the jello mixture from the fridge and gently fold in the thawed cool whip. Continue folding until there are no more white streaks.
- Add in the mini marshmallows and orange slices and continue to fold until the oranges and marshmallows are evenly distributed.
- Cover the bowl and place in the fridge of 1-2 hours.
- Serve and enjoy!
