Ingredients

  • 1- Lb Lean Ground Beef
  • 1 Small Onion diced
  • 8 oz Pasta
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • ½ Cup Butter
  • 2 Cups Heavy Cream
  • 3 tsp Minced Garlic
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ¼ tsp Pepper
  • 1 ½ Cups Shredded Parmesan
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese
  • Fresh Parsley

Instructions

  • Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water to al dente according to the package directions. Drain and set aside.

  • Meanwhile, place ground beef, salt, pepper and garlic powder in a large skillet and cook over medium/ high heat, stirring and crumbling while cooking. When the ground beef is about half way cooked add in the onion, continue cooking until the ground beef is cooked through and the onion is translucent.
    1- Lb Lean Ground Beef, 1 Small Onion, 1 tsp Garlic Powder, ½ tsp Salt, ¼ tsp Pepper
  • Remove the beef and onions from the skillet to drain on a paper towel lined plate.
  • Add in the butter and minced garlic. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently for about 5 minutes or until the butter is melted and the garlic is fragrant.
    ½ Cup Butter, 3 tsp Minced Garlic
  • Next, cube the cream cheese and add it to the skillet. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently until the cream cheese is melted.
    2 Cups Heavy Cream
  • Use a whisk to stir in the heavy cream, continue whisking over medium heat until everything is well mixed.
    8 oz Cream Cheese
  • Add in the parmesan cheese about ½ a cup at a time stirring constantly until the cheese is melted completely and well incorporated.
    1 ½ Cups Shredded Parmesan
  • Add the cooked ground beef and cooked noodles into the sauce and stir to coat.
  • Serve with additional shredded parmesan cheese and chopped fresh parsley.
