10Large Eggs
1/2CupHeavy Cream
1TbspButter
1 1/2CupShredded Cheddar Cheese
1 1/2CupDiced Ham
1/2CupDiced Green Bell Pepper
1/3CupDiced Onion
Salt & Pepper to taste
Instructions
First preheat the oven to 400, then butter or spray with non stick spray an 8x8 square baking pan.
Then place butter in a large skillet and melt over medium heat. Add in diced onions and peppers and cook for 5-7 minutes or until translucent.
Crack eggs into a large bowl, add in heavy cream, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Whisk until well blended.
Add i cup of shredded cheese and cooked veggies and ham pieces to the egg mixture and stir until everything is evenly mixed.
Pour the egg batter into your prepared pan. Top with remaining 1/2 cup shredded cheese.
Place in the oven and bake for 30-35 minutes or until the cheese is melted, edges are golden brown, and the middle is set.
Allow to cool slightly before cutting. Serve warm.
Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
