2 ½-CupsAll Purpose Flour
¾-CupSugar
1-TbspBaking Powder
½-tspSalt
6-Tbsp.Buttersoftened
2-Eggs
1-CupMilk
1-tspVanilla Extract
1 ½CupBlueberries
Instructions
1.Preheat oven to 350. Grease and flour a 9x5 Inch loaf pan.
2. In a large bowl mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.4.
3. Cut butter into cubes, add to bowl with flour mixture. Using a pastry blender or 2 knives used scissor-fashion, cut butter into flour mixture until it resembles fine crumbs.
4. In a medium size bowl beat together milk, eggs and vanilla.
5. Stir egg mixture into flour mixture until moistened.
6. Gently fold in blueberries until evenly dispersed.
7. Bake 60-80 minutes or until toothpick insert into the center comes out clean
8. Allow to cool for at least 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
