5-6potatoes
1/2tspsalt
1/2tspsmoked paprika
1/2tspgarlic powder
1/2tspground cumin
3tbspolive oil or avocado oil
Instructions
First Peel the potatoes, wash and cut into equal wedges. Depending on the size of your potatoes you may cut them into 4 to 8 wedges.
Then place potatoes to a large bowl full of cold water and allow to soak for about 30 minutes.
Drain the water and pat the potato wedges dry with paper towels, dry the bowl and return the potato wedges to the bowl.
Drizzle the olive oil across the potatoes and sprinkle with the seasonings.
Gently toss the potato wedges to evenly coat them with the oil and seasonings. You can use tongs to toss them or cover the bowl and toss them.
Place the seasoned wedges in the basket of your air fryer in a single layer. Air fry at 360F for 7 minutes flip the wedges over and continue cooking for an additional 7 minutes or until the center is soft and the outside is crispy.
