Preheat oven to 400 and grease a 9 in. pie pan.
Heat your olive oil over medium heat in a skillet.
Add in onions and salt, cook until onions are translucent.
Add ground beef to the skillet and cook until beef is cooked completely. Drain ground beef.
Spread ground beef evenly in the bottom of your pie pan.
Layer shredded cheddar cheese over top of the ground beef.
In a medium size bowl mix together eggs and milk, add in Bisquick and mix thoroughly.
Pour the Bisquick mix over the cheese and ground beef.
Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked in the middle.
