1.Preheat oven to 350° F and spray a 9x9 casserole dish2.In a medium bowl, whisk together the sugar, flour, baking powder, salt and red pepper flakes3.In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, cream, and melted butter4.Gradually whisk in the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until smooth 5.Mix in the 3 cups of corn and 1 cup of the bacon 6.Pour into the casserole dish 7.Crush up the Oyster crackers and pour into a medium bowl 8. Mix in the 3/4 cup of corn and 1 cup of bacon into the oyster crackers9. Sprinkle the mixture on top of the casserole 10. Bake in the oven for 45-60 minutes or until golden brown and the middle has set 11. Allow to cool for 10 minutes before topping with chopped parsley and serving.
