Ingredients

  • 2 Dozen sugar cookies your favorite recipe or refrigerated dough
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese softened
  • ¼ Cup Powdered Sugar
  • ½ tsp Vanilla
  • Strawberries
  • Blueberries
  • Raspberries
  • Blackberries

Instructions

  • 1.Bake your cookies according to recipe or package directions and cool completely.
  • 2.In the bowl of a mixer combine your cream cheese, vanilla and powdered sugar.
  • 3.Spread each cookie with an even layer of icing.
  • 4.Cut your berries up into a variety of shapes and sizes. Arrange them in patterns on your cookies to create a beautiful and festive platter!
