East Blueberry Cobbler with Cake Mix

This easy blueberry cobbler recipe comes together with just a few ingredients! It is the perfect dessert for any occasion! Using cake mix makes this cobbler quick and easy!

Ingredients

  • 1- 21 oz. Can Blueberry Pie Filling
  • 2 Cups Fresh Blueberries
  • 1 Box of Yellow Cake Mix
  • 1 Cup Butter- melted

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 and lightly butter a 13×9 baking pan.
  • Spread the blueberry pie filling evenly across the bottom of your prepared baking dish.
  • Spread the fresh blueberries evenly across the pie filling and gently pat them down.
  • Sprinkle the dry cake mix across the top of the fresh berries smoothing it out as best as possible.
  • Pour the melted butter across the top of the cake mix, it is ok if there are some spots of dry cake mix.
  • Place the cobbler in the oven and bake for 40-45 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
  • Allow the cobbler to cool slightly before serving. Serve plain or with a scoop of ice cream or whipped cream.
