Air Fryer Potato Wedges

Ingredients

  • 5-6 potatoes
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 3 tbsp olive oil or avocado oil

Instructions

  • First Peel the potatoes, wash and cut into equal wedges. Depending on the size of your potatoes you may cut them into 4 to 8 wedges.
  • Then place potatoes to a large bowl full of cold water and allow to soak for about 30 minutes.
  • Drain the water and pat the potato wedges dry with paper towels, dry the bowl and return the potato wedges to the bowl.
  • Drizzle the olive oil across the potatoes and sprinkle with the seasonings.
  • Gently toss the potato wedges to evenly coat them with the oil and seasonings. You can use tongs to toss them or cover the bowl and toss them.
  • Place the seasoned wedges in the basket of your air fryer in a single layer. Air fry at 360F for 7 minutes flip the wedges over and continue cooking for an additional 7 minutes or until the center is soft and the outside is crispy.
  • Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce!
  • Store any leftovers in an airtight container.
